2010
In 2010, Invent Dev was established with the aim of assisting architectural firms in developing interactive 3D models of their projects. Our visualization technology helped these firms garner support from communities, city officials, and clients.
2014
Invent Dev specialized in helping builders create engaging home buying experiences at their sales offices. This included interactive touchscreen displays and, for a deeper level of immersion, virtual reality that allowed customers to virtually walk through homes using VR goggles. Our goal was to draw buyers into the sales office by offering an experience that was both entertaining and visually informative.
2018
Our quest to help builders create a must-see sales office continued. Invent Dev was awarded the NAHB Global Innovation Award for helping builders sell unbuilt homes using advanced visualization technology.
2023
Many of our clients needed a more efficient way to manage design selections because of the large number of appointments they had to complete in a short time. They also needed a solution that reduced contract errors and prevented complaints.
To address this, we created DesignGyde, a tool that moves most of the decision-making online and streamlines the process by automatically generating invoices and agreements.
2024
We rebranded our marketing and sales solutions under the new name Sales Gyde, which focuses on helping marketers increase registrations and appointments, and helps sales professionals increase sales conversions.
Sales Gyde is used primarily to sell low-rise and townhome projects that are selling unbuilt, inventory, or move-in-ready homes.
2024
As our clients expanded into leasing purpose-built homes rather than pre-selling condos and townhomes, we developed Rent Gyde to help them pre-lease units and maintain high occupancy.
Rent Gyde gives builders and marketing teams the tools to attract, engage, and convert prospective tenants, ensuring purpose-built homes are leased quickly and effectively in a changing market.
